The Websites may require or allow you to access or use the platforms or services provided by HHO TECH SOLUTIONS, including without limitation the HHO TECH SOLUTIONS Platform (Our proprietary platform to create, manage, and track partners) and/or the TMC Platform (which includes Our proprietary advertising analytics platform). Your use of Our platforms or services is subject to the terms of the Master Services Agreement between You and HHO TECH SOLUTIONS relating thereto.

Modifying/Terminating Websites. We regularly update and change Our Websites. We may also remove or modify features, functionalities, or stop a service entirely. Disputes and Indemnification

If you don’t, you’ll lose the right to bring the claim. The laws of the State of Washington (notwithstanding any conflict of laws rules) will apply to these Terms and your use of Our Websites. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and courts located in Limassol, Cyprus. You may not assign your rights under these Terms or otherwise assign to anyone else any claims that you may have regarding the Websites. If you or anyone else brings a claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Websites, you agree to indemnify Us and hold Us harmless from any claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including attorneys’ fees) that We have in connection with any such claim. If you have a dispute with someone else relating to HHO TECH SOLUTIONS, you release Us from any liability arising out of or relating to that dispute.

CANCELATION AND UPGRADE OF SERVICES. No Refund will be given if an existing subscription is canceled or upgraded. A subscription can only be canceled by sending an email to contactus@hhotechsolutions.com. Subscription will be canceled 30 days after the cancellation request date. Disclaimer of Warranties. WE PROVIDE OUR WEBSITES “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HHO TECH SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES PERTAINING TO OUR WEBSITES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT YOU PAID TO US OVER THE PAST three (3) MONTHS. Miscellaneous. If any part of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that part will be severed from these Terms, and the rest of the Terms will remain intact. Any waiver of these Terms must be obtained in a written document signed by an authorized representative of HHO TECH SOLUTIONS.
